If i had a hacksaw or felt like remounting it, I'd cut off more of the supports b/t the handlebars and shield to get a sharper angle w/o banging the stock supports against the tank. I am 5' 11" and the most extreme angle I can get puts most of the wind by my head, but I'd like more on my shoulders to cut down on helmet noise. Definitely makes 'er feel like a completely new bike, esp. after the first couple of 250+ mile trips I've done. If you want to do anything more then tool around town, definitely get a windshield of some sort or another.
